Dear List members,
I got a number of replies to this post, but the replies were not very
consistent and there for I would recommend that anyone wanting to use this
drug checking it out personally before making any decision. Evidently
Clartin is made in a number of forms and plane prescribed Claritin is
believed to be OK and Claritin D is suspect, as are some OTC Claritin
products. I understand that they will not guarantee their products to be
GF, however they will state their ingredients.

Claritin is made by Schering, phone no. is 1-800-222-7579 and Stokes
Pharmacy is 1-800-754-5222 with a web site at
