Today on Martha Stewart's show on the Food Channel, Japanese food was
the subject.  Surpisingly, flat out she declared that WHEAT FREE TAMARI
MUST BE STORED IN THE FRIG.  She also suggested NOT buying a large
bottle, rather a medium or small size BECAUSE IT DOES SPOIL.
