Hi All,

I am surprised to see mustard listed as gluten free. I have my doubts about
this lively little seed. I believe it is loaded with gluten. I use a pinch
of ground horseradish in mayonnaise, salad dressings, etc. to achieve the
'mustard' effect.

Products which list 'spices' in their ingredients can contain mustard, such
as mayonnaise. (Sp)

Oats on the other hand are safe as long as they have not been contaminated
in processing. I use the organic quick oats from the hf store and enjoy a
big bowl of porridge every morning.

I have been on this diet for decades and am absolutely intollerant of
gluten, so really trust my 'gut feelings'.
