Dear Listmates:

I have a recipe for an eggless and hopefully gf mayo, but I don't know where
to find a couple ingredients and whether or not they are gluten free.  The
ingredients that I need to know about are:  yellow yeast flakes, Instant
Clear Jel, and Emes Kosher Jel.  Or, maybe someone has suggestions on
substitutes.  Thanks in advance!
