Are natural Vitamin E gel caps  and Beta Carotene safe to take.   It looks
like these I have are.  The Vitamin E  is  NOW  brand  and the Beta Carotene
are Oregon Natural market.  I would like to get back on these especially
since so much of the low fat food is restricted on this diet.  Agnes Brown/
