There have been a few posts lately from persons struggling to adapt to the gf
diet, so I thought I would share a good breakfast, since that can be one of
the hardest meals. I love to heat up a bowl of (previously steamed) brown
rice in the microwave, drizzle honey on it and sprinkle sliced almonds over
all. It's also great to slice up half a banana and mix it in. If I'm tired
and stressed after a long day at work, this is also a good "comfort food"
dinner that is nutritious.
