Does anyone have any information on the gluten-free status of Market Day
products. This company sells pre-packaged foods and is currently being
used a as a fundraiser at my child's school. Some of the items look like
they could begluten-free, i.e. chicken strips to be used for stir fry,
etc. I e-mailed the company over a week ago regarding the gluten-free
status of their products but sofar, no response.
