I have been recently diagnosed with celiac and so am just learning the
ropes.  But one quick question I have regarding the upcoming
Thanksgiving holiday concerns the use of bread stuffing in the turkey.
Would there necessarily be any complications from eating a turkey cooked
with a bread stuffing inside?  Should the bird be cooked without it?

Please help.
