Thanks everyone for the responses. Unfortunately, I did not receive any
recipes for tater tots but I did receive some suggestions for alternatives:
<<Cascadian Farms "Spud Puppies" are EXACTLY like tater tots, only better.
AND they are GF!! I contacted Cascadian Farms a couple of months ago and they
said all their frozen potato products were GF, but if you're nervous,
double-check again.>>

<<at one time I checked with Inland Valley Potatoes and they were GF. We
haven't had any problems with them and find them to be good. They are in the
freezer with the Ore-Ida ones>>
***
<<Much simpler to check out the generic store brands--our are called Potato
Puffs. Those in our area use corn flour instead of wheat. Nothing else
"funny" on the label." While I have never called (we've been using them
since the time we just read the labels--18 years--& ingredients have never
changed), celiacs in our group use them w/ no problems. The same company
probably make them under labels for store across the country.>>

<<Not exactly tater tots, but good (so say my kids) with ketchup. Cut
potatoes into french-fry shapes, (I suppose tiny 'tots' would be okay too).
Place on an oiled cookie sheet and spray lightly with oil (or toss in oil to
coat). Bake at 400-425 until done.>>
