Hey, Gluten-Free Cooks!
Does anyone have a good recipe for an Oriental garlic sauce? I would like
to add it to stir-fried veggies (cabbage, broccoli, bok choy, carrots, bean
sprouts). The Japanese restaurant near my home serves this dish, and it's
great (and a bit expensive). This particular sauce is clear and mildly
garlicky. I've searched the Archives and all my gluten-free cookbooks with
no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated! You people are great! I will
post my results.
