My doctor wants me to get a blood test called "immunoprotein
electrophoresis".  I don't recall seeing that on any celiac websites and
could not find any mentions when I searched the list.  Does anyone know
what this testlooks for?  And what effect, if any, will eating gluten
have on the results?  I am still eating a gluten diet (and feeling fine)
pending a final diagnosis.

Can anyway give me a quick run down on the difference between diagnosing
celiac sprue versus tropical sprue?
