I'm looking for some of the following foods in GLUTEN-FREE and LACTOSE-FREE
forms. Any and all tips are much appreciated and I promise to summarize
(it'll take me awhile)
1. tofu hot dogs
2. tofu or rice-based cheese substitutes
3. soy or rice milk
4. beverages such as Cola, 7-up, Ginger ale, iced tea, coffee
5. salad dressings (even something easy like Olive oil and something)
See? It's not hard I think. As long as I find these things, and eat tons of
vegetables and fruits, GF will be fine!
