Eat what you want.  But don't be surprised when you are not greated
with hugs and kisses when talking about grains on a list that doesn't
believe in them.  Brief mentions of them for reference is fine.  But
beating a dead, unwanted horse is going to naturally bring you hostility.

Impolite is more accurately defined as cluttering peoples email boxes
with information they didn't sign up to receive.  And imbecilism is in the
eye of the beholder.  How intelligent is it to talk about something that
is not appropriate, nor welcome?
