hey people,

          I have a question and I wish that you could help me.  I am going
          for surgery on my esophagus this coming Thursday 7/8 for a pocket
          that I have in my throat.  Now I know that my cp will play a role
          in my recovery and I would like to ask other cpers that went
          through an operation what to expect.
          I already know my wife's experiences but I would like to hear a
          number of people.  In this way I will be (hopefully) more calm
          and I will know what to expect.
