Access to Information Technology Onsite and Online!

Barrier-free Information Technology starting June 3 and running for a month
is an instructor-led course presenting the big picture of what an
institution needs to do to make all of its computer systems and information
systems accessible to people with disabilities.

(You can register online by credit card, purchase order or pay by check.

Participants will acquire the overview of what is possible and what needs
to be done. Those who finish the course can receive 3 continuing units for
the course. Participants can also count this course towards the
five-course Certificate in Accessible Information Technology.

The course is being upgraded to enable the participant to develop a useful
product by the end of the month. Assignments will guide the student to
develop a draft policy for providing accessible computer and information
systems. This will be useful in enabling the course graduate to be able to
make a positive impact at his or her institution.
