We picked one up, and will try it when our computer gets fixed, but
note that it is a "WAND" type reader and as such MUST be scanned exactly over
the bar code to work.  So it won't be of any use for a totally blind person.
unless using it on things with the bar codes on attached lables you can feel.

This says nothing about the accessibility of any included software or the
on/line catalogs.
