I also have never received a response from Adobe about text problems
You might also try copying pdffiles through the clip board to word
or another word processor. It works differently, often equally badly
but different.y.
When I ask my sighted wife to re-work technical documentation that has tables
and the liek, She uses both the plug-in and the clip board, often trying
either or both on different parts of a particular document.
It seems to be random which works, or often neither does the job.
I note that emails to a blind engineer who USED to work
for Adobe are returned with no forwarding address for him.
Hmmm, I have a nasty suspicious mind
particularly where big rich companies that don't care are concerned.
