Subject: Erratum released on video description NPRM

There was an error in the video description NPRM document.  Paragraph 44, 5th sentence, referred to MM Docket 99-353, when it should have referred to MM Docket No. 99-393.  As a result, an Erratum was released on December 2, 1999, correcting the docket number in the text.  This correction is being published in the Federal Register and the Erratum will also be posted on the DITF web site:  www.fcc.gov/dtf.  The text of the Erratum is below:

ERRATUM

Released:  December 2, 1999

By the Chief, Mass Media Bureau:

        This Erratum corrects paragraph 44 of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Notice) adopted and released in this docket, MM Docket No. 99-339, on November 18, 1999.  Paragraph 44 set forth certain instructions for filing comments on diskettes, and directed commenters to reference MM Docket No. 99-353.  The Notice should have directed commenters to reference MM Docket No. 99-339.  Therefore, the docket reference in paragraph 44, fifth sentence, to *99-353* is hereby deleted and replaced with the docket reference *99-339.*  An appropriate notice will appear in the Federal Register.
