Hi everyone,

I'd like to inform you that since 1995. a team in Beograf (capital of
Yugoslavia) created multilingual speech synthesizer with many suitable
applications. This package is called BLAS 4 and contains the following:

1. External speech synthesizer. It comes with a serial cable, built-in
loud-speaker, socket for earphones or external speakers buttons for volume
and pitch, ACDC convertor.

2. Software is on two 3.5 inche disks.

3. Software applications are: ground Voice DOS program to have apsolute
control over DOS; List program to read any text edited in applications
working in DOS environment; Edit program to easily write your letters,
notes, articles, longer stuff; Digitron to calculate with help of more than
100 maths operation and functions; Zoom program to enlarge text on the
screen; Memo program to fill your own phone-book; PC Tools for doing plenty
of needed things on files or with disks (formatting, to hear head/tail of
file, to divide/join files, to copy from one to another disk, etc.); chess
program; Menu program to create your own shrcuts for working in WOS-running
applications.

This package is originally created to work under DOS. That is multilingual
package because it contains five languages s' synthezis in it at once. Who
order the package also orders which five language will be in among seven
possible.

Possible to order the following languages: English, German, Italian, Greek,
Serbian, Slovenian and Croatish. Note that only five of them can be in one
package.

Important: External speech synthesizer of BLAS 4 package also works as a
excellent speech synthesizer with Windows 3.x/95/98 along with JAWS for
Windows, Window-Eyes, ASAW and other screen readers for windows.

BLAS 4 is an excellent screen reader and more than that for DOS nad all DOS
applications, except for grafics.

It "speaks" fluently 7 languages (5 in one package).

It is an excellent speech-box for Windows using the best screen readers for
Windows.
