I wanted to let you know that I got a message from  Larry, and he has put
ALT TAGS on his page.

Also, these tools are one's that will help people that don't necessarilly
need a screen access or large print program.  If you want to have the
contents of your clip board spoken or if you want to have notepad speak for
you.
