There is a utility which will translate these files into .doc format. I
have it listed somewhere in my files. I know people who use it regularly
and say the translation is easy. You can also get the trace center to do
the work for you and email you back the file in doc format if you send them
the pdf format. I will keep your message and send you all the info I have
sometime early next week.
