To use an IDE drive of this size you need the SP4 version of
ATAPI.SYS.

Microsoft has this file available for download (it is a self extracting
file that you extract to diskette). It includes an OEMSETUP.INF
file as well as the .SYS driver.
There are also instuctions as to how this diskette is to be used
during NT4 setup.
