  As an early check for working system components, the CPU is reading
everything from the BIOS ROM and computing a value, which (as usually
implemented) should come out to 0 if the ROM data is a valid copy of
what the manufacturer intends it to be.  Any other value indicates
that the ROM data is incomplete or corrupted; this could be due to a
flaw in the manufacturing process or a defect in the chip, or to
electrostatic damage suffered in transit....
  You could try contacting the board manufacturer, but I'd return the
board while you still can and let the dealer replace it.  If you get
two in a row like this, I'd switch brand -- or dealer.
