Andy,

In general, any CPU can be UNDERclocked. You will not get full efficiency
out of the CPU, but it will work.

HOWEVER, you DO need to visit the AMD site at www.amd.com and find the spec
sheet for your CPU.  You need to check both bus speed AND multiplier
settings and compare them to what your board has available.

For example, your MoBo may have a 3.5 x 100 setting for 3 a 350 cpu but the
AMD won't run with a 3.5 multiplier.
Or you might need 4 x 83 (333Mhz) and the CPU won't work at 83Mhz.  More
than likely, you will be able to use both of those examples, but I am only
guessing, you need to read the specs to be sure.
