Hi Dave,

It sure sounds like you are on your way to having a fine machine, I'm sure that you will get a lot of use out of it.

Flashing your BIOS must be done in DOS. The error message you are getting doesn't refer to RAM but to Conventional Memory, which is only the first 640k. Start your machine in DOS, not a DOS window, and type: "MEMMAKER", follow the prompts and it will clear enough conventional memory for you to flash your BIOS.
