I am building a system for a friend.  It has a 6.4G IDE hard drive, 40x
ATAPI IDE CD-ROM, and 8x4x2x IDE CD-RW.

Where should I put the CD-RW?  Slave on the primary channel, or master (or
even slave) on the secondary channel?
