No argument here.  Raspberry leaf tea seems paleo to me and it works.

No, I don't.  Just quoting a book.  IMHO tonify means to tighten up.
Several yrs. ago my mother had a prolapsed uterus and three very qualified
OBGYNs told her surgery was required.  While waiting for the surgery date,
she took raspberry leaf tea (at my urging) and by the surgery date was back
to normal and did not require the hysterectomy, was completely pain and
symptom free.  Every once and a while she begins to feel symptoms, drinks
tea for a few weeks, and is fine.  Just anectodal evidence, but very close
to me.  A simple, paleo solution to a huge problem.

True, but the point, I think, is just to watch it.  Know that cutting down
on blood thinners may help excess, or unexpected, bleeding.
