ok, I have been following a paleo/low carb diet for the past two weeks...I
read somewhere where you may notice a lack of energy at first...well, I am
there! I feel pretty dragged out and tired lately. I am taking a
multi-vitamin, calcium, extra C&E and potassium supplement. Can anyone tell
me why this is, if it IS short-lived and why THAT is? Am I getting ENOUGH
protein (the question of the day it seems...) or is it just going
"cold-turkey" and adjusting to ANY change? Help is appreciated !
