Here's the deal.  You can overthrow the government of Canada, or you
can convince enough Canadians to change the government into an
anarchy.  I don't live in Canada, so I can't help you either way.  If
you go the overthrow route, leave BC alone.  They won't join your org
anyway.

Just right down the rules for *your* organization.  Just list the
*complete* set of rules.  When you're ready, publish the list here.
Then we'll have something to work with besides your hand waving.
