Hi Everyone,
I had the most wonderful thing today. I had been talking to Project
Director Monday, in the unpacking pandemonium and he ask about Amber and her
medical stuff - did it ever get straight. And I had to tell him no and we
talked about TES machines and what was needed. Well, today he called me in
his office closed the door and said he and wife had talked about and it
would no good for them to talk to Blue Cross and therefore they wanted to
give me the money to help Amber and he proceed to write check for 2,000
dollars for the machines, batteries and supplies. I couldn't believe it. I
cried all the way home. About a 18 months ago I had to break down and
acknowledge there was no way I could on my own take care of the two of us.
You can only imagine the depression and cloud I was living under, scrambling
around trying to make the money and watching Amber regress. This is such a
wonderful gift and it says such wonderful things about people.
Brightest Blessings
Trisha
