Remember though for screen readers you must have enough control over voice
to make the same sounds for a word over and over again. Doesn't matter
which sounds they just have to come out sounding the same.

A speech synthesizer program may be your best bet. A program like
Dragon
Dictate appears to work well. It costs and it takes sometime to get it
customized to your unique speech pattern.
