Dave,
You may also want to consider e-stim assisted PT.  My therapist
and I will start it on 6/24/99.  During this treatment you are
hooked up to something like a TES unit while doing regular PT.
This helps teach your muscles how to do things.  According to
my PT you only need it 2-3 times a week for a month and then you
just do regular PT.  Just a thought.
