Hi Bob-

As far as flexability goes I am pretty avarage/normal, I am much more toned
on my right side than my left but flexability or lack thereof dose not hinder
my movement. I do not have good balance of course and I have alot of
involentery movement.

Try not to sleep on the side that hurts and try to put to sleep with a
pillow inbetween you thighs while you sleep. I don't know how flexable you
are. there are other things i do the might help you. Tell me how flexable
your legs, hips and body are? i might have other things you can do wile in
bed for your back and hips.
