This is a common problem and error message.You need to clear your BIOS
before you attempt to flash it. Look in your motherboard manual or read
their BIOS flash FAQ and see if there is a jumper for this. Usually you put
the jumper on for 10 seconds...it shorts the BIOS and when you take it off
it returns to defaults.

If you can't find some kind of jumper..which would surprise me .....then go
into the BIOS and load defaults ....then try the flash. If possible boot
from a DOS6X boot disk. I have found that old DOS works better for this job
and is often recommended by motherboard manufactures.
