Friday night we had a birthday celebration at the Indianapolis Shell's
restaurant.  (This is a chain, but I''m not sure where else they are.)  I
called ahead and talked to the manager when we got there.  He made sure
our waitress was aware of our daughter's special dietary needs.  They
fried up some "fish sticks" in egg and cornmeal for her.  The manager
checked back with us several times to make sure everything was ok.  They
are to be commended for their understanding and willingness to help!
