You do sometimes get waiters who care and think...but I tend to expect the
worst.  Like last night, after asking about how the steak was prepared,
what was in the salad, and explaining that I had a bad allergy to dairy,
my peel & eat shrimp appetizer came out with a bowl of melted butter on
the plate.
