Conversion to accessible money probably wouldn't be prohibitive,
particularly if it was phased in. At least for the present, accessibility
is probably going to be achieved through a series of small steps, rather
than through one miracle breakthrough.
The public will think what it thinks, whether or not we have accessible
money, until it directly experiences, through individual examples, what are
capabilities are, or arn't.
