Here's info about a new way to browse the web.  No word yet on its
accessibility, but if anyone tries it please report back to the list so
we can all benefit from your experience.

This is a heads up on a new tool released in May

Conversa Web 3.0 is a voice driven Web browser that is noteworthy
in that it lets users manipulate almost any element on a Web page
including checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdown boxes. Users can
also "type" URL address and enter text in windows through a
"popup" alphabet list.

Using its built-in text-to-voice technology, Conversa is able to
let users listen to links on a Web page, rather than reading them
from a screen. This means that pages can now conceivably be built
that will respond to voice commands.

You can also take advantage of "voiceable" icons that represent
toolbar commands and other web elements, like a voice-activated
history list.

Conversa Web 3.0 retails for US$59.95, and comes with
Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.0 and a noise-cancelling
