I'm not at all sure what the problem is you are trying to solve.  It
seems that you are saying that there is a speed problem of some kind.
What are the signs that make you think there is some kind of bottleneck
in your system?  That will allow us to give suggestions on what might
correct that particular problem.  Without this information, we will just
be speculating and you might wind up spending money you don't need to
and still not see any improvement.
