Thanks to everyone who replied about fixing my sound card problem. I
really appreciate it.
Yesterday I did figure it out myself before I got the chance to read any of
your messages (unfortunately, since I spent a couple hours screwing
around until I got it worked out myself!), apparently finding a different
solution then everyone else but still along the same lines.
I downloaded Intel's Plug and Play Manager for DOS and let that add a
small driver, I guess eqauvalant to CTCM.EXE, to my CONFIG.SYS. Does
the same thing as far as I can tell so since I had it installed I left it there
instead of using Creative Labs version. I don't know if there's any benefits
to using the CTCM.EXE file instead but I seem to be able to access all of
the card's features same as in Windows.
Plus this Plug and Play manager works for other devices in DOS.
Thanks again to everyone!
