remove the pci modem and insert it into another pci slot. try put the SB on
a lower pci slot (1,2) and the modem on a higher (3,4). check the bios if
you can chose which IRQ to assign to each pci slot. this is a GREAT feature,
that most of new motherboards forget to provide :-/
