Lynette, what are digestive enzymes, how can they be obtained?

Not clinical, but I read (forget where, "Protein Power"?) that you can use
digestive
enzymes to help you over the changeover period. I did that for a few weeks
when I
first went paleo, and found it very helpful. Within a few weeks I had far
more
energy than before going paleo, and that has been true since (5 months
now).
