Well, it looks like I'll be avoiding milk for another six months. It
makes sense to wait while we're introducing foods anyway. It really isn't
that bad, most imitation products come pretty close except for cheese. My
husband likes the Tofutti cheese slices, but he doesn't notice the
difference anymore.
I've tried recipes for cheese substitutes before, but aside from a
hummus/nutritional yeast/pimento spread, haven't had much success.
Anybody got some favorite "cheese" recipes that your non-allergic friends
and family enjoy?
