A very simply rule when facing a powerful opponent is to never play the
opponent's game. The nation-state is expert at armed confrontation and will
happily engage its enemies on such a playing field, even going so far as to
provoke an armed response. It is interesting to note , however, that with
the forming of the militias, there have been no more Wacos or Ruby Ridges.
The defensive posture of the militia, and, indeed, a greater than expected
popular support for them by a sigificant portion of the middle class seems to
have given the federal agencies such as the FBI and the BATF pause. Of
course, the militias are surely riddled with agent provocateurs who will
instigate an excuse for violent action if it is deemed necessary. In the
end, they are a meal to be eaten at the "King's" leisure.
Yours,
Issodhos
