MAYBE it could be done, the FCC requires public service projects of
television statios as requirments to get and keep lisciense (sp) some
stations might just run the spots if contacted.

A media blitz talking about the importance of respecting H/C parking spaces
would be great too -- 30 second spots on TV, radio spots, etc. I've never
seen anything like that before, and I don't know how hard it would be to
make
that happen. This parking issue is a big deal -- it is so commonly abused
that there should be some response from the disability community in general.
I envision a television commercial showing a person using their van lift so
that the public can really see how much space we need, and why respecting
these spaces is so important.
