Forty-four years ago today, March 6, 1957, the great nation of Ghana under
the supreme leadership of comrade Kwame Nkrumah, became the first African
country south of the Sahara to achieve independence with the inspiring
motto: "One people, one nation, one destiny." As a proud African and a warm
blooded Sierra Leonean, I want to wish my Ghanaian friends happy
anniversary. May peace and stability continue to be with you.
Ben
