Dr. Weller, let me cIarify that I was merely responding to Joe's e-mail.
It's not a subject that I will dare to discuss, nevertheless it is one that
has the potential to generate responses (like yours).

Joe and Mensah....Why this topic?  I don't know of many African countries,
where female circumcision is practiced, that allow their men to discuss
this
issue.  I will promise you the bridge across the river Rokel if you can
find
two men to indulge in this discussion.

PS. The river Rokel does not have a bridge, and the rebels have stolen  or
cannibalized the ferry.
