Here's another scare along those lines.  I recently read this in a cooking
magazine:

"Wonder how restaurants served juicy chicken breasts?  They soak the breasts
in buttermilk 3-4 hours before serving."

That would explain why I've reacted to what I thought were "safe" meals.
