While shopping at the local Wal-Mart Supercenter, I saw on the natural
foods aisle several products from Hobgson Mill labeled as gluten free.  I
like their grains for my personal cooking, but have never purchased thier
products for my DH mother.  Has anyone contacted Hobgson Mill about their
GF claims?  Are these products subject to potential cross contamination?
As GF grains are not generally available in my community, I would be nice
to have a reliable local source.
