Thank you to everyone that responded to my request for information on sweet
and low, nutra sweet, etc.

Below is a summary of the replies...basically, if we want to use them, we
can.

Sweet and Low - 4 people said it is fine

Nutrasweet - one person said yes, one is not sure

Aspartame - it causes one person to become irritable. They also said it
degrades under high temperatures so is not good for cooking.

Sugar Twin - 2 people said it is fine

Equal - one person said it is fine

One person has problems when using sorbitol

There is a new product called Spledna - it is a form of sucrolose.

There is an herb called Stevia that 2 people recommend.

"0 calorie sweetener" is available from the Hy-Vee grocery store in the
Midwest

One person said to go to www.dorway.com for their opinion!

Thanks everyone,

Barbara
